Founded in 1985, Mason Wolf has, from the beginning, been dedicated to the finest standards of diamond
cutting. While specializing in the manufacture of Ideal Cut round brilliants, we also offer a comprehensive
selection of exquisitely made fancy shapes. We choose to do business with AGS Laboratories (AGSL) because
of their consistency in grading, their quick turnaround, and their attentive dedication to their clients. Many labs
claim that they provide excellent customer service, but AGSL demonstrates this day in and day out.

For us as suppliers, the best product offered by AGSL Laboratories is The
Platinum Diamond Quality

Document (DQD). Although we use a range of

AGS reports, The Platinum DQD is the one which is most comprehensive
and impressive to our clients.

AGS Laboratories fills the following need in our business: it provides us with a punctual, reliable source of
professionally-prepared quality analysis reports that are widely accepted throughout the diamond industry.
Since we have always specialized in Ideal Cuts, the AGS reports emphasis on cutting provides us with a valuable
complement to our diamonds.

If we could change one thing at AGS Laboratories, we would like to see a renewed effort to promote the
Diamond Quality

Certificate (DQC). We believe the DQC provides AGS retailers with a unique, compelling

product that offers the potential for increased market share. Unfortunately, we don't see many AGS stores using
DQCs.

Since AGS Laboratories were pioneers in the development of a viable cut grading system and continue to refine
their approach to cutting analysis, the industry would suffer without their efforts. Before AGSL was established,
many suppliers and retailers bemoaned the absence of a reputable lab which addressed the issue of cut. AGSL
filled this vacuum and, I think, prompted other labs to adopt a more proactive approach to cut grading.
